Shan - I have heard a lot of people recommend the lavender oil. I love the sound of your thermal cap treatment. I'm going to try it. Thanks!

I have been using this poo less wash as well and it made my hair feel so silky. It lifted all the residue off my hair that all the other harsh chemicals were building up on my hair. I also add a few drops of lavender, atlas cedar, Rosemary, jojoba, and a teaspoon of fenugreek to the mixture sometimes with just the baking soda and not the cider and I let it set on my hair for 15 mins or so under a thermal cap. Then rinse it well, then i finish with a few drops of lavender oil to cool water poored over my head for aromatherapy.
