Bio
Eliza has formal training in coaching, facilitation, meditation, Tarot, Reiki, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Awarded the Graceful Aging Award at the 2012 Women Wisdom Wellness conference, she has been featured on Rogers Daytime TV.
She lives with her very French husband in Quebec, Canada, in a converted 1942 general store with never ending renovations. Eliza has three adult children, and a teenage stepson. She is owned by two cats and three Koi fish.
