Book Review: What You Wish For

Have you ever read a book that you just don’t want to end? What You Wish For by Kerry Reichs is that type of book. Funny, engaging, warm and astute…it is the perfect summer beach read. I couldn’t put it down….which is surprising given that it is a book about having babies and I am well past that time of my life.

I just loved everyone in the book. They were so real..and did I mention funny?

This is no piece of fluff, though. Not only are the people real, so are the issues that they face. The book covers traditional and non-traditional families, and everything in between.

Pick this book up if you want to lose yourself with some new potential friends…friends who are human and very, very lovable (that word again). Interesting Hollywood tidbits, too.

Thank-you, Kerry Reichs. A sequel perhaps?
