Not one but TWO copies of Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness to give away. I have read many books on perimenopause and menopause. Most very well written, but none of them just tell it like it is with quite the same boldness. You can read my book review here.

Here is what you need to do to win a copy of Shmirshky:

1. Using the Silver & Grace contact form send me an email

2. In the subject line write Hormone Happiness Give-Away

3. Submit email by March 10, 2011, midnight, Eastern Standard Time

After the contest close, I will number the submissions in order of receipt and pick two winners using a random number generator.

I will notify the winners by return email and ask for their mailing address. Then I will pop the books in mail.
